Hi, I'm Charlene!

Mindfulness coach and chronic illness entrepreneur. 

After a traumatic brain injury flipped my world upside down, I learned how to run a business from a place of self-trust, nervous system awareness, and daily kindness. Now I help others do the same - with zero shame and pressure.
