Hi, I'm Charlene!

After my first traumatic brain injury and second emergency craniectomy I started learning mindfulness to help me navigate my new journey and the reality of my new life. 

It was so beneficial and life changing that in addition to getting my Masters in Counselling Psychology I trained to become a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher. 

Now, I help entrepreneurs with chronic illness reduce stress and heal burnout through mindfulness. 

After surviving a second traumatic brain injury and bone infection while running my business, I’ve learned firsthand that the way we run our businesses matters just as much as the business itself. This program is the one I wish I had when I was burning out—gentle, supportive, and built with the realities of chronic illness in mind.

  

But it wasn't always this way...

I didn’t wake up one day magically calm, grounded, and balanced. 

For years, I struggled with anxiety, stress, and the constant feeling that no matter how hard I worked, it was never enough. 
After being hit by a bus and sustaining a traumatic brain injury, my entire world was turned upside down. The life I thought I had under control came crashing down—and so did my nervous system. 

That experience forced me to stop, slow down, and really look at the way I was living. I realized I had been pushing, striving, and ignoring my body’s signals for far too long. 
Mindfulness became my lifeline. Not in a “sit on a cushion for hours” kind of way, but in small, practical shifts that helped me heal, regulate my nervous system, and finally find peace amidst the chaos. 
Now, I’ve taken everything I learned—the science, the practices, and the daily tools—and created this 8-week program so you don’t have to go through the years of trial and error that I did.
