Hi, I'm Charlene!

I help people just like you who are struggling with doubt, overwhelm and living with fear-based thinking. 

I'm a psychotherapist and Mindfulness teacher. I'm also the founder of The Mindfulness Journey. 

Growing up I was the dictionary definition of shy. I struggled with talking to pretty much anyone. My inner critic would show up EVERY SINGLE TIME.

  • What if I can't sit still to meditate?
    Distractions happen to even the most experienced meditator. This program is designed for everybody, whether you've been meditating for 20 years or have never meditated before.
  • How much time will this require?
    The training itself is about 90 minutes, The skills are short (less than 15 minutes) and the more you practice them the more comfortable you will become using them when you need to.
    The guided meditations in module one are 3 minutes and 15 minutes. The practices in module 3 are a little longer (15 - 45 minutes) so you will need to allow for that in your meditation schedule. (Don't worry, the body scan (45 minutes) only shows up a few times over the 30 days).
  • What if I need some extra support?
    The private Facebook group was created as a place for you to ask questions and to gain some support from people just like yourself. I'll be there too to answer any questions you might have along the way.
