Hi, I'm Charlene! A Psychotherapist, Mindfulness Teacher, Speaker & Survivor of Hard Things

As a psychotherapist, mindfulness coach & brain injury survivor, I know deep down in my bones that life is tough and that without the skills to navigate these moments it can feel downright impossible to keep your head above water.
